1、Hotel Introduction [Book Now]
Zhejiang Hotel is located at No. 278 Santaishan Road. Situated in the center of the scenic spot of "Heaven on Earth" and embraced by the mountains on the southwest side of West Lake, Zhejiang Hotel owns a large area green grass and thousands of laurel trees. The west gate of the hotel overlooks the Longjing tea garden, and the front entrance faces the new West Lake scenic spot, with a panoramic view of the water conditions in Maoxiang. The hotel is close to famous West Lake attractions such as "Flower view fish", "Su Causeway", "Hupao", "Yuefei Temple" and " Osmanthus Rain at Manjuelong Village".
Zhejiang Hotel is composed of small villa-style buildings of different styles, with a total of more than 339 sets of different types of guest rooms such as executive suites and deluxe rooms. 2、Transportation
The registration spot for the conference is the lobby on the first floor of Zhejiang Hotel. The ways to reach the hotel are follows:⑴Xiaoshan International Airport
Route One：37km away, about 60 minutes and 100 yuan by taxi.
Route Two：Take Metro Line 7 at Xiaoshan International Airport Station, take 23 stops, and get off at Longxiangqiao Station. The journey will take 65 minutes. After leaving the station, it will takes 25 minutes and about 30 yuan to reach Zhejiang Hotel by taxi for 7.6 kilometers.
⑵Hangzhou Railway Station
Route One：8km away, about 25 minutes and 30 yuan by taxi.
Route two：Take Metro Line 1 at the Exit A2 of the Railway Station, take 3 stops, transfer to Line 4 at Nanxingqiao Station, 2 stops in total, get off at Shuichengqiao Station, Exit B. The journey will take 16 minutes. After leaving the station, it will take 15 minutes and about 25 yuan to reach Zhejiang Hotel by taxi for 5 kilometers.
⑶Hangzhou East Railway Station
Route One：15km away, about 45 minutes and 60 yuan by taxi.
Route Two：Take Metro Line 4 at the East Railway Station, take 12 stops, and get off at Shuichengqiao Station, Exit B. The journey will take 28 minutes. After leaving the station, it will take 15 minutes and about 25 yuan to reach Zhejiang Hotel by taxi for 5 kilometers.
NOTES:
1、When booking the hotel, we will charge the room fee for one night through Alipay as the room reservation deposit, and the payee is Hangzhou Baibuxing Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. (the designated conference service company for this meeting). The deposit will be refunded in the same way within 7 working days after the meeting.
2、Participants must pay all room charges at the hotel reception when checking in.
3、If your plan changes and you need to cancel your room reservation, please contact us before 23:59 on April 16, and we will refund your deposit in full. If you need to change the check-in time and occupancy-days, please contact us before that time. We will try our best to arrange for you if there are enough rooms. Due to the shortage of housing, we will no longer accept requests for cancellation of reservations, changes of check-in time and occupancy-days after the deadline. Hope for your understands.
4、Please complete the payment in time when making the reservation. If the reservation is successful, the payment completion time shall prevail, otherwise the reservation will not be reserved.
