Submission Guidelines

• The paper must have not been published publicly, and generally not exceed 6000 words; Chinese and English submissions are both allowed.
• The paper should include the title, author's name, author unit, abstract, keywords, text, and references; The author's correspondence address, zip code, telephone and e-mail address should be attached.
• The first author's paper manuscripts of students (excluding post-doctoral and in-service doctoral students) should be noted in the footnotes on the first page, otherwise they will not be eligible to participate in the "excellent student paper".

Publication

• The organizing committee will contact English and Chinese journals to publish the column papers. The contributors can choose to submit English or Chinese papers (choose one). The papers accepted will be recommended to "Chinese Journal of Computer", "Journal of Software", "Journal of Computer Research and Development", "Journal of Geo-Information Science", "GeoInformatica", Springer LNCS, etc.
